The experience at La Cle Brugge was, dare I say, quite disappointing. Not only were the squeaky floorboards absolutely unbearable, but I also received zero acknowledgment of my presence as a guest. I woudl have expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, clearly I was not viewed as a priority. Will think twice before returning.

My second stay in bruges was even better than the first at la cle brugge. I loved being on a quiet street, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the small kitchen was super handy. The comfortable bed and spacious room exceeded my expectations for a relaxed weekend away.

We had an incredible group trip! The rooms were clean and cozy, allowing us to relax after exploring the nearby attractions. We walked to a beautiful family house built in the 16th century and loved the quick access to the local supermarket. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful.

One downside was the lack of an elevator, making it tricky to get luggage up to the first floor, especially after a long day of walking.
